Laser does not have enough power to engrave even after adjusting focus and cleaning all lenses. Unit robotics all respond as intended. Was able to print from a PC and the unit would start moving as if it were printing - just no engraving was visible.

Overall physical condition is fair - the lid is cracked. Screen is very dim and only readable from a low angle.

It will randomly flicker brighter but most all the time stays very dim. We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of. See all item photos for the condition of the unit.
