Please make sure the JPG pictures are of high resolution if you are to use JPG pictures, otherwise, the patterns to be engraved might be vague. Please use vector grams done by AI or CorelDraw to engrave for ultimate results. The quality of patterns to be engraved depends on a lot of factors: engraving speed, laser power, current amperage etc.
